Gary Delves will take this full moon off road mountain bike ride Must bring your own mountain bike. Must have knobbly tyres


Monday Oct 13th 5.30pm –6.15pm

Fitness test-

Meet at James Mitchell Park(crn of Mill Point Rd and Coode st South Perth). It will take 15 mins. The fitness test to be used is the beep test. We will do these at different time intervals-5.30p.m. is the first time slot and every 15 mins to 6.30p.m. so book in. Sheet provided on first day or email me your time. Test will only take 15 mins.

Meet at Inglewood pool car park at 7.00; 7.15; 7.30 or 7.45 am Book in on sheet-You only need to do ONE fitness test-choose the day/time that suits you best.

Hilary’s Hell Hour (without Hilary-she has just had a knee reconstruction so we will have Hilary’s Hellhour with another instructor)

Meet at Bayswater Wavers for a 1hour class with Hilary. THIS IS CALLED Hillary’s Hell Hour. This class is very cardio and hard work. Wear t-shirt and shorts/skins/tights etc. Bring a water bottle
