WAT CAST AND CREW
Vicki Delves-Instigator of the WAT spirit. Co-owner of Bikeforce South Perth from 1990-dec 2005 Bachelor of Education-P.E. trained-15 years teaching experience, cycling development course, Level 1 Triathlon coach, participated in Triathlons since 1990. Mum to 2 boys-Connor and Hudson. Vicki recently won the “Everywoman of the Year” award for the category of Sport. This was announced on July 1st 2005
Gary Delves-Mr Wat- Has been there since the start of Wat and does lots of work behind the scenes. Co-owner of Bikeforce South Perth from 1990 till dec 2005 during which time the shop won every major award in Cycling Retail, Bikeforce Franchising and also won Australian Franchisee of the Year 2004.
Rebecca Biltoft- One of the swim coaches-This pocket rocket can seriously swim fast and takes a mean swim session
Rosie Longmire Bachelor of P.E. mum of 3 kids, one of the most down to earth people you’ll ever meet. Always makes everyone feel good
Lesley McDonald-PE teacher,triathlete,Paddler and excellent endurance based athlete. Has been with the Wat team from the beginning-always encouraging others and paddling on the river swim day
Tanya Birkbeck- Great cyclist. Has competed in both triathlons and road cycling. Concentrates more on the road cycling nowadays-very smooth technically. Competed in a triathlon in Phuket where the humidity was nudging in the high nighties and the sweat had disappeared before it left the skin.
Kylie Kippin- Wat a hill climber. Has done a 3 week cycle tour where the shortest ride day was 80-120km per day and the biggest 200 km in a day. So that is alot ofkilometres in 3 weeks. In fact 2695 kms in 3 weeks.
Nicola Burke- A very organised and well planned athlete and coach. Dedicated, works hard and also incredibly fair to all. A great supporter of all. The bigget improver on the bike this year.
Lee Kavanagh- Technically perfect on the bike. Great pedal stroke and her ability to stay smooth even when fatiguing is fantastic to watch. Last time Lee did half ironman was one of the quickest bikes in the age groupers.
Lisa Hughes- A state 800and 1500m runner who comes from a cross country background. Won cross country championship for 8 years. Also competed at heptathalons.
Sandy Doran- One quick swimmer. Has been in the winning team for the Rottnest Female Team swimmers.
Sandi Peake-Outstanding athlete who has competed in Triathlons for 12 years. Has done Hawaii Ironman
Suze Watt-Course commentator, experienced triathlete and great role model and very accomplished cyclist-Has represented
Dave Fitzgerald-Accredited yoga instructor, taught yoga for many years, accomplished triathlete-
Helen Garnett-Past President of City Tri Club,multi talented athlete,P.E, teacher, great role model. Has represented
Kay Burt- Fantastic technician and one super fit chick. Has done many extreme distance in running and a fitness fanatic
Suzzane Laidlaw- Just one of the great stories of Wat is possible with a great attitude. Has fought her way back from severe illness and participated at the World Triathlon Championships and also the Australian Masters Games.
Sharon McIvor One of the most naturally talented chickees around. Fantastic fun –trains hard and laughs hard. Technically perfect cyclist-fantastic to watch how great
Natalie Sumner-A treasured Wat -P.E. teacher at St Mary’s-Nat is the kindest heart there is. Never forgets anyones anything-everyone is important to our beautiful Nat-she will remember to ask you about your goldfish if you had been sad about it the week before-SIMPLY IRRESISTABLE
Sherree Rylands- A fantastic runner and a fantastic motivator. Has the gift of the gab and just a wonderful way
Sherree’s experience and great run sessions made a huge difference to the top run groups-getting them to the next level
Caitland Bridgland-10 years ago when we began the Wednesday morning rides Caitland was our token teenager on the ride and boy did we learn a thing or two from her-Caitland has done much coaching-fantastic swimmer

Kylie Wheeler-Just returned from the Commonwealth Games. Down to earth, humble, generous of spirit and a great role model.
Fiona Raven- level 2 swim coach.PE teacher, mum to 3 great kids. Can seriously swim and fantastically creditentialled coach
Carolyn Hector- Designer of the WAT logo , mum to beautiful Mackenzie, one of the most naturally talented athletes in all 3 disiplines.
